Quiet moments and soft comforts — October 2019 is a love letter to self-care. Think a bubble bath by candlelight in front of a gilded mirror, a hand-lettered "Self-Care Challenge" checklist, spa-day stickers (rose quartz rollers, lip gloss, face mist, green smoothies), a "you can't pour from an empty cup — take care of yourself first" quote, and a girl making a heart with her hands surrounded by little hearts. It's the gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and find your balance.
