Subscription Information

This page explains how your Planner Press Kit monthly subscription works — billing, renewal, cancellation, and how your files are delivered each month.

Your Recurring Subscription

Planner Press Kit is a recurring subscription. When you sign up, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis for as long as your subscription stays active. You're charged as soon as you sign up, which gives you access to that month's kit.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month unless you cancel before it renews.

Canceling Your Subscription

Managing and canceling your subscription is your responsibility. You can cancel at any time from your account. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date — cancellations made on or after that date will take effect for the following cycle, and the charge that already went through will not be refunded.

Charges Apply Whether or Not You Download

Your payment provides access to that month's kit whether or not you actually download it. Charges are not refunded for kits that go undownloaded — it's your responsibility to save your files before the month ends.

How You'll Receive Your Files

Each month's files are ready on the 1st, and it's your responsibility to download and save them — we never email the files themselves. Your download link arrives with your order: on the confirmation page right after checkout, in your order email, and any time you open that order in your account. Opening it takes you to a Google Drive folder holding that month's kit, and you do not need a Google account to use it. Save each month's files before the next kit replaces the monthly link.
