Shipping Policy

Planner Press Kit is an entirely digital shop. Nothing physical is mailed, and we do not charge shipping fees.

Past kits: one-time downloads

Purchase a past kit individually and receive an instant download link after successful payment. The link arrives with your order — on the confirmation page right after checkout, in your order email, and any time you open that order in your account. The kit downloads straight from our store as a single file you save to your device. Your purchase includes the kit listed on that product page and does not enroll you in a subscription.

Monthly subscription delivery

When you join, successful payment gives you immediate access to the current month's kit. Your download link arrives with your order — on the confirmation page right after checkout, in your order email, and any time you open that order in your account. For the monthly kit, that link opens a Google Drive folder holding that month's files. You do not need a Google account to use it.

On the 1st of each month, we upload the new subscription kit and provide a new link for that month's paid subscription. Save your monthly files before the link changes. Previously saved files remain available for your personal use.

New subscriber signup window

New subscription signups close on the evening of the 27th of each month, Eastern Time. Enrollment reopens on the 1st when the new kit and download link are ready. This short break gives us time to prepare the next kit and helps make sure you receive the month you expect. The signup closure does not cancel existing subscriptions.
