Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Planner Press Kit shop and subscription. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products & Delivery

Past kits are one-time purchases with an instant download link after successful payment. Buying a past kit does not start a subscription. A new monthly subscription gives you immediate access to the current month’s kit through a download link. On the 1st of each month, a new kit and a new link are provided for that month’s paid subscription.

No physical items are shipped. A subscription purchases the current month’s kit; past kits are sold separately.

License Grant — Not Ownership

Purchasing or subscribing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the files for your own personal use. You do not acquire ownership of, or any copyright in, the files themselves — Planner Press Kit retains all rights, title, and interest in its designs and content.

Subscriptions, Billing & Recurring Charges

We offer one recurring monthly subscription. Your first payment is charged when you join and gives you immediate access to the current month’s kit. Your next payment is on the 1st of the following month, with renewals on the 1st of each month after that until you cancel. Joining partway through a month does not move your next billing date: for example, joining on October 20 gives you October’s kit, followed by a renewal for November’s kit on November 1.

Monthly signup window

New subscription signups close on the evening of the 27th of each month, Eastern Time. Enrollment reopens on the 1st when the new kit and download link are ready. This short break gives us time to prepare the next kit and helps make sure you receive the month you expect. The signup closure does not cancel existing subscriptions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from your account before your next scheduled payment to stop future renewals. Canceling after a payment has processed does not normally refund that payment. You remain entitled to the kit for the month you paid for. See our refund policy for cancellation, access, and refund details.

License & Personal Use Only

All files are licensed for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell the files, or sell physical or digital items made using our designs.

Account Sharing & Misuse

Your account and login credentials are for your use only. You may not share your login, distribute your download links, or allow others to access files through your account. If we determine your account has been used to violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and permanently revoke access to previously delivered digital files, without refund.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your account and payment details up to date. Save your subscription files before the monthly link is replaced. Download and keep your past-kit purchases as well. If you miss a paid kit or have trouble downloading, contact us for help.

International Use

Planner Press Kit is available to customers worldwide. If you access or subscribe from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your own country, including any applicable digital-content or consumer-protection rules. Where mandatory local consumer protections apply and conflict with these Terms, those local protections will govern to the extent required by law; in all other respects, these Terms apply. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to subscribe.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Planner Press Kit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Planner Press Kit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the shop or its files, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Planner Press Kit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our files.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the shop will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. This does not deprive consumers in the EU, UK, or elsewhere of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the shop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
